Early Registration
Excluding freshmen, all students in good standing in the University Honors Program enjoy Early Registration for most classes.
Special Recognition
University Honors Program (UHP) students will receive special recognition at the Honors Convocation and/or at commencement in the academic year they graduate. University Honors Program students will also receive recognition on their transcripts and their diplomas, as well as a certificate of recognition from the program.
Networking and Mentoring
UHP scholars at Cal State gain access to individualized advising from UHP faculty and staff, small class sizes, and extracurricular activities that promote networking and community building both in and out of the classroom.
Scholarships and Career planning
UHP students are eligible and receive mentoring and support to apply for scholarships and awards. Honors program activities include access to resources for professional growth and career planning.
